Orchard Rendezvous Hotel, Singapore is seeking a proactive Front Desk Officer to greet guests, check in/out, and ensure a seamless arrival experience. You will provide courteous service, handle telephone inquiries promptly, and upsell room types when opportunities arise.

You will also manage cashiering, follow hotel policies, and stay informed about facilities and local attractions to assist guests with accurate information while maintaining professional internal communication.

Qualifications

• A minimum Diploma qualification in any field.
• Relevant hospitality experience is preferred.
• Willing to work rotating shifts.
• Positive attitude with good communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle reception/front desk duties including check-in and check-out.
• Provide courteous and efficient service to hotel guests.
• Ensure telephone calls are answered promptly.
• Upsell room types and rates when possible.
• Manage cashiering and adhere to hotel policies and procedures.
• Address guest complaints promptly and report to supervisor when needed.
• Be familiar with hotel facilities and city attractions to assist guests.
• Maintain professional communication with hotel staff.
