A leading hotel chain in Singapore is seeking a Guest Relations Officer to enhance guest relations and loyalty. The role involves providing support for a smooth Guest Relations operation, handling guest requests professionally, and contributing to a memorable hotel experience. The ideal candidate should have hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and be willing to work shifts. The position offers a 5-day work week, medical coverage, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Preferably has relevant hospitality experience, preferably in the hotel/resort environment.
• Strong guest communication and engagement skills, with exposure to interacting with both international and domestic travelers.
• Experience in guest loyalty program.
• Willing to do shift work.
