Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Guest Relations & Sales Executive to serve as a key contact for restaurant reservations, private dining and event enquiries, catering requests and guest communications. You will support business development and revenue growth by understanding guest needs and converting enquiries into bookings.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in guest relations, reservations, luxury hospitality, fine dining, hotels or premium customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations across telephone, email, online and other designated channels.
• Maintain accurate reservation records including guest preferences and special requests.
• Monitor upcoming reservations and optimise table allocation and capacity.
• Proactively follow up on enquiries to maximise conversion into bookings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with regular, corporate and VIP guests.
• Coordinate quotations, menus and seating for private dining & events.
• Respond promptly to guest enquiries across channels; provide menus and promotions.
• Maintain guest database accuracy and support marketing campaigns.
