Serangoon Gardens Country Club is seeking a courteous café and lounge associate to support daily operations, take orders, welcome members, and ensure smooth seating. You will collaborate with kitchen and service teams and manage reservations for a seamless guest experience.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in hospitality, strong communication, and a Food Hygiene Certificate. The role requires a professional demeanor and a passion for delivering exceptional member experiences during late-evening

• Support daily café and lounge operations, including setup, cleanliness, and stock replenishment.

• Resolve guest complaints promptly and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the F&B Executive/Manager in daily café and musical lounge operations, including setup, cleanliness, and stock replenishment.
• Welcome members and guests, take orders, recommend menu items, and address inquiries professionally.
• Manage reservations and waitlists to ensure smooth seating arrangements.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for efficient service and timely order fulfilment.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and elevate complex issues when necessary.

Working Hours: (Late Evening Shift)

• Sunday to Thursday: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM
• Friday, Saturday, and Public Holiday Eve: 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a country club or hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and a passion for providing exceptional members/guest experiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
