Job summary

The American Club, The in Singapore is seeking a waiter/guest services host to deliver refined dining experiences on the floor.

You will coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure personalized, high-quality service, while maintaining hygiene and presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Guest-focused hospitality professional with a strong service ethos.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate with kitchen and bar teams.
• Willing to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in all-day dining or fine dining concepts.
• Bartending knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food & beverage service operations on the floor.
• Deliver personalized, high-quality guest experiences at all times.
• Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service.
• Ensure service standards, SOPs, and hygiene practices are followed.
• Handle Members feedback and resolve concerns with professionalism.
• Monitor table setups, service flow, and presentation standards.

• Knowledge and experience in bartending would be a plus
