22 CROSS ST PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a warm, polished Guest Relations professional to own the first and last impression of every guest's experience—from reservations to goodbye.

You will work closely with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure guests depart delighted and eager to return. Responsibilities include managing reservations across channels, handling enquiries and VIP requests, building a guest database, resolving issues, and coordinating with the events team during busy

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or related field.
• 1–3 years in guest relations, reservations, or front-of-house in restaurants/hotels.
• Excellent English; additional languages a plus.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Reservations & Guest Experience: manage reservations channels, handle enquiries and VIP requests, greet and seat guests.
• Guest Relations & Service Recovery: build rapport, track preferences, handle feedback, reviews and escalate when needed.
• Coordination & Operations: liaise with kitchen and floor, manage waitlist and private dining bookings.
