is seeking a Front Desk/Guest Services Assistant to warmly welcome guests, assist with luggage on arrival and departure, deliver messages and parcels to rooms, and safeguard guests' belongings. You will coordinate with the Front Office to move luggage, ensure driveway flow, and provide accurate information to guests, helping to create a smooth and enjoyable stay in a busy hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling and safekeeping of guests' luggage on arrival and departure according to SOP.
• Welcome guests from driveway to Reception for check-in, and direct guests to their room when necessary.
• Provide accurate information/assistance to guests' enquiries/requests.
• Ensure all incoming/outgoing luggage is efficiently and promptly handled according to SOP.
• Assist in loading/unloading luggage to and from vehicles.
• Maintain lobby area, clean ashtrays, remove litter and newspapers.
• Deliver packages, incoming faxes, messages to guestrooms and internal departments.
• Coordinate with Front Office for transferring luggage from rooms, control room keys to avoid skippers and unsettled bills before releasing luggage.
• Ensure driveway is clear and all vehicles stop or park in designated lots.
