Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to rooms.
• Open doors and assist guests entering and leaving the property.
• Inform guests of property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest.
• Identify and explain room features to guests (e.g., key, mini-bar, ice, safe).
• Transport luggage to and from rooms and assist with luggage storage.
• Arrange transportation for guests and record advance requests.
• Communicate parking procedures to guests.
