Job summary

Far East Hospitality is seeking a Guest Service Associate to greet guests, assist with luggage, and work closely with the Front Office to ensure courteous, efficient service.

You will stay informed about local attractions, respond to inquiries, manage baggage storage, and help with deliveries and directions. The role requires good communication, a neat appearance, and willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to handle luggage and perform standing/walking duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure and assist with their luggage.
• Collaborate closely with the Front Office team to provide courteous and efficient service to guests.
• Establish rapport with in-house and long-staying guests, offering assistance as needed.
• Respond to guests' requests and enquiries about hotel facilities and local information.
• Liaise with Reception on arrivals/departures and keep movements log updated.
• Maintain lobby, driveway, and luggage storage areas neat and presentable.
