Job summary

Far East Organization is seeking a guest services associate for its residence operations in Singapore. You will work closely with the Residence Manager, responding to guests' complaints and inquiries with courteous, efficient service.

You will also handle cashiering, maintain guest relations, and ensure security and safety procedures. A positive attitude and strong communication are essential; HMS knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have strong communication abilities and a pleasing demeanor.
• Excellent guest service mindset with the ability to resolve issues promptly.
• Experience in hospitality is preferred; HMS familiarity is advantageous.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and adapt to hotel operations.
