Job summary

You will work shifts across 7 days, including public holidays, with a 44-hour work week and a 45-minute break, ensuring courteous service and timely resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and efficient service; respond to guests' complaints, requests and inquiries promptly.
• Ensure all telephone calls are promptly handled within three rings.
• Handle cashiering functions and adhere to the residence's Standard Policies & Procedures.
• Maintain good guest relations with in-house guests; project a courteous and hospitable attitude.
• Be familiar with SR facilities, functions, major city attractions and events; provide guests with accurate information.
