Job summary

Far East Organization in Singapore seeks a guest services associate to respond to guests’ complaints, requests and inquiries with courtesy and tact. You will work closely with the Residence Manager to ensure exceptional service.

Responsibilities include handling calls within three rings, cash handling, maintaining guest relations, and adhering to safety and security procedures while presenting a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• O-Level or equivalent is required.
• Willing to perform rotating shifts.
• Positive attitude with outgoing personality and good communication skills.
• Experience in hospitality and knowledge of HMS will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Respond efficiently and tactfully to guests’ complaints, requests and inquiries.
• Provide courteous and efficient service, handle telephone calls promptly within three rings.
• Handle cashiering functions and adhere to the residence’s policies and procedures.
• Maintain good guest relations with in-house guests and project a hospitable attitude.
• Take ownership of problems and report to supervisor for follow-up; write glitch reports when required.
• Ensure guest room security and follow emergency and fire procedures; use Safe Deposit boxes per policy.
• Be familiar with SR facilities, attractions, and events; provide accurate information to guests.
• Maintain a well-groomed appearance and a tidy work area; uphold high personal standards.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisors, carrying them out diligently and professionally.
