Job summary

Far East Hospitality is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member for guest services at our Sentosa properties in Singapore. You will assist guests at the front desk, coordinate with Concierge and Front Office teams, and help ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience across Village Hotel Sentosa, The Outpost Hotel Sentosa and Oasia Resort Sentosa.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary education or equivalent.
• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly, service-oriented with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Assistant Manager to respond to guests' complaints, requests and inquiries.
• Collaborate with Concierge, Reception, Bell Counter and Front Office Cashier on arrivals and departures.
• Establish contacts with house guests / long-staying guests and offer assistance.
• Conduct courtesy calls to guests.
• Stay updated on tourist information.
• Maintain stock of promotional materials for daily operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
