Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in customer service or hospitality with strong communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with booking software and POS is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional appearance.
• Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Positive attitude and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and deliver excellent service.
• Answer inquiries and address feedback, elevating when needed.
• Handle appointment bookings, service purchases, and memberships.
• Maintain neat counter and manage administrative tasks.
• Collect and verify NRIC and full name on sign-in tablet.
• Manage reservations and respond to emails and WhatsApp promptly.
• Coordinate therapist assignments and update daily schedule.
