Job summary

Natureland Global Pte. Ltd. is seeking a friendly and proactive Customer Service Associate to greet guests, handle inquiries, bookings, and memberships at the counter.

You will coordinate with therapists, maintain a clean counter area, manage reservations via phone, email, and WhatsApp, and ensure accurate daily sales and sign-in records. The ideal candidate has hospitality or service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with booking software and POS systems is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT/computer skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and provide excellent service at the counter.
• Answer enquiries and address feedback, elevating to supervisor when needed.
