Job summary

Natureland Wellness PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a friendly customer service professional to greet clients and deliver excellent service at the counter. This role involves handling enquiries, bookings, memberships, and daily administrative tasks to support smooth operations.

You will collect customer information, process sign-ins with NRIC, manage reservations via phone, email, or messaging, and coordinate therapist allocations and product explanations with care and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking software; POS system knowledge is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and maintaining a professional appearance.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and provide excellent service at the counter.
• Answer enquiries and address feedback, elevating to supervisor when needed.
• Listen to customers' requests (appointments, services, memberships) and carry them out accurately.
• Interact with customers clearly and politely, maintaining neat counter presentation.
• Perform administrative duties including e-forms, daily sales figures, and reviewing insurance packages.
• Ensure customers sign in with NRIC and full name before services.
• Answer reservations by phone; respond to reservations, queries, and emails/WhatsApp promptly.
• Monitor and update the outlet daily schedule, therapist assignments, and room usage.
• Assign therapists to customers and explain retail products and service types.
