Job summary

NATURELAND PREMIUM PTE. LTD. is seeking a friendly receptionist in Singapore to welcome visitors at the front desk and answer inquiries with accuracy. You will manage phone lines, schedule appointments, and explain promotions that fit customer needs.

In a fast-paced setting, maintain security procedures, assist with logbooks and visitor badges, and contribute to the team with proactive problem solving and professional, neat presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role is preferred.
• Experience handling multiple phonelines.
• Professional attitude and neat appearance.
• Strong customer service skills and must be able to handle customer's complain.
• Effective interpersonal skills, friendly with positive mindset.
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
• Able to commit to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receiving visitors warmly at the front desk by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately.
• Answering incoming phone calls, make appointment for customer and answer queries professionally.
• Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
