Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar field.
• Knowledge of Opera software is preferred.

• Duty Manager is the representative of Senior Management.
• First point of contact for guests seeking management and must resolve issues with tact and diplomacy.
• Maintain an accurate Duty Manager's logbook of items and incidents.
• Recognise department’s top performers.
• Establish guest satisfaction and strengthen relationships with guests.
• Ensure continuous learning and growth of associates within the front office and identify future leaders.
