Job summary

The Fullerton Hotel Singapore is seeking an attentive Captain to uphold the highest standards of F&B service across our outlets. You will supervise presentation, ensure proper setup, and deliver friendly, guest-focused service.

You will need to manage rotating shifts, work on weekends and public holidays, and anticipate guests' needs while maintaining rigorous cleanliness and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the highest standard of quality related to presentation, supervision and control of F&B service.
• Assist in preparation, table set up and ensure proper handling of operating equipment.
• Provide friendly, excellent service to all guests.
• Ensure cleanliness and timely service are rendered to guests.
• Anticipate guests' needs and preferences.
• Have thorough knowledge of the restaurant/outlet menu.
