Job summary

THE FULLERTON BAY HOTEL is seeking a Captain to uphold the highest quality standards for F&B operations in bars. You will develop and maintain top-quality service, supervise presentation, and oversee table setup and equipment handling.

The role requires friendly, guest-focused service, ensuring timely delivery and cleanliness, and anticipating guests’ needs. A thorough knowledge of the bar menu is essential to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Able to work on rotating shifts including weekends and public holiday
• Pleasant disposition with good interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused approach and a strong sense of patience
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the highest standard of quality as it relates to presentation, supervision and control of food and beverage service
• Assist in preparation, table set up and ensure the proper handling of all operating equipment
• Provide friendly, excellent service to all guests
• Ensure cleanliness and timely service are rendered to guests at all times
• Anticipate guests’ needs and preferences
• Have thorough knowledge of the bar menu.
