InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay is seeking a proactive Restaurant Captain to oversee daily service in one or more full‑service outlets, collaborating with the Restaurant Manager to ensure standards and safety are met.

You will lead and train staff, promote guest satisfaction, coordinate events, and drive loyalty while maintaining clean, efficient operations and cost controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years restaurant management experience in full service; hospitality education preferred.
• Hospitality-focused education is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily operations of one or more full‑service outlets and coordinate events.
• Promote guest satisfaction and maintain safe, sanitary service environment.
• Train and empower team members; ensure proper staffing and service standards.
• Oversee inventory, costs, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with management to develop menus and marketing initiatives.
