Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is recruiting for a customer-focused restaurant role in Singapore. You will handle food and beverage orders, serve guests, and assist with reservations and general restaurant duties while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum Secondary school education with ‘O’ Level passes.
• Diploma in any field is an advantage.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a guest service / guest contact role.
• Possess food hygiene and safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Handle food and beverage orders and serve guests.
• Provide friendly, excellent service to all guests.
• Assist fellow Team Members with restaurant setup and ensure amenities and utensils are stocked and inspected.
• Assist guests on requests, upsell, and be familiar with the menu.
