Job summary

You will monitor service standards, coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely, accurate service, and assist with opening/closing duties and staff training. Maintain hygiene and safety, handling guest requests with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising daily restaurant floor operations.
• Proven ability to lead service staff during peak periods.
• Deliver prompt, professional guest reception and service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant service.
• Lead and support service staff during daily operations and busy service periods.
• Monitor service standards and ensure excellent customer service is maintained at all times.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Assist with opening and closing duties of the restaurant.
• Assist in training and guiding new and existing service staff.
• Handle guest enquiries, requests and feedback professionally and escalate serious matters to management when necessary.
• Ensure staff comply with SOPs, hygiene, grooming and safety standards.
