Job summary

Kiztopia is seeking a highly motivated Guest Experience Executive in Singapore to develop engaging event programs and create compelling content for various activities, including birthday parties and school visits. We are seeking a highly motivated, creative and experienced Guest Experience Executive to join our team in Singapore. As the Guest Experience Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging event programs and creating high-quality content in our events activities such as birthday party, school visit, stage performance, playground activity. You will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing events and producing compelling content across various platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual with a passion for program management, content creation, and audience engagement.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Professionally handlegeneral inquiries across all platforms (Salesforce, WhatsApp, email, phone, walk-ins) to assist customers and drive interest in party packages.
• Clearly present party packages and recommend relevant add-ons or upgrades to maximize event revenue.
• Document customer preferences, special requests, and booking details accurately within the company's internal systems.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and booking documents, and actively follow up on deposits and outstanding payments.
• Coordinate with external vendors for decorations, entertainment, and catering, while monitoring and reporting inventory levels for party supplies.
• Liaise with internal teams to align on event schedules, room allocations, staffing, and specific operational arrangements.
• Host birthday parties when required, strictly adhering to the company’s hosting standards and service expectations.
• Assist with event setup, registration, crowd management, breakdown, and support immediate service recovery efforts for guest concerns.
