Job summary

Kiztopia is seeking a highly motivated Guest Experience Executive in Singapore to develop engaging event programs and create compelling content for various activities, including birthday parties and school visits. You will coordinate events, manage bookings, and collaborate with vendors to ensure seamless experiences.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries across platforms to drive interest in party packages.
• Present packages and upsell add-ons to maximize revenue.
• Document preferences and booking details in internal systems.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and booking documents; follow up on payments.
• Coordinate with vendors for decorations, entertainment, and catering.
• Liaise with internal teams on schedules, room allocations and staffing.
• Host birthday parties when required, adhering to hosting standards.
• Assist with event setup, registration, crowd management and service recovery.
