Job summary

Far East Hospitality Management (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior/ Duty Manager for Orchard Cluster to oversee Front Office operations and ensure exceptional guest service. You will supervise reception, cashier, reservations, and related services, while maintaining brand standards and driving revenue and occupancy targets.

The role requires a Diploma in Hospitality, 2–3 years supervisory hotel experience, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
2–3 years Front Office or supervisory experience in hotel.
Proficient in Opera PMS or other hotel management systems.
Hospitality certifications (CERT, service excellence, leadership, operations) are an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Service-focused with ability to handle guest feedback and operational issues.
Well-groomed and professional in appearance and demeanor.
Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

Direct, monitor and supervise day-to-day activities of Front Office and other departments.
Ensure smooth operations and customer service satisfaction per hotel standards.
Supervise Front Office sections: reception, cashier, telephone, reservations, baggage.
