Job summary

GUOCOLAND MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Assistant to welcome visitors at the office and retail spaces in Singapore.

You will guide guests using floor plans, manage the Visitors’ Management System, and address inquiries with prompt, courteous service. The role requires at least O-level with English credits and a minimum of three years in customer service within hotels, airlines, tourism, real estate, or related industries.

Qualifications

• Minimum O-level with credits in English.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in the hotel, airline, tourism, real estate or related industries.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally in office and retail settings.
• Be familiar with floor plans, facilities and amenities to guide customers.
• Manage the Visitors’ Management System and handle queries/feedback from the public.
• Attend to tenants’ requests/feedback (e.g. taxi bookings, dining reservations).
• Provide immediate service recoveries for lapses in services.
• Assist in promotional activities at the retail mall (carpark redemptions, vouchers, etc.).
• Oversee the loan of umbrellas and other equipment to tenants.
• Any other duties assigned.
