Job summary

MBER is seeking a Guest Relations Executive in Serangoon, Singapore. This entry-level role focuses on delivering warm guest service, handling arrivals and departures, and assisting residents with concierge tasks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, professional Guest Relations service, including arrivals, departures and concierge services.
• Respond to guest and public enquiries through in-person interactions, phone, email, WhatsApp and digital channels.
• Handle reservations, room assignments, guest profiles, payments, deposits, billing and related documentation accurately using the PMS and operational systems.
• Take ownership of guest requests, feedback and service recovery, following through until matters are resolved or appropriately escalated.
• Prepare and maintain shift reports, operational checklists, payment records and clear handovers to ensure continuity between shifts.
• Build rapport with short-stay and long-stay guests, provide local recommendations and support community or guest engagement activities.
• Liaise between internal departments including Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security, Projects, Sales and Revenue, as well as potential clients, residents and vendors.
• Support property readiness, safety, incident reporting and other operational duties required to maintain a smooth guest experience.
