Job summary

FAR EAST HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a courteous Guest Services Associate to work closely with the Residence Manager and assist guests with inquiries and requests.

The role involves responding promptly to complaints, handling cashiering, and maintaining a polished appearance in a hotel environment in Singapore. Applicants should have an O-Level or equivalent, be willing to rotate shifts, and possess strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality with good communication skills.
• O-Level or equivalent educational background required.
• Willing to perform rotating shifts.
• Hospitality experience or knowledge of HMS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist Residence Manager and provide courteous service to guests.
• Respond promptly and tactfully to guest requests and inquiries.
• Handle cashiering functions following standard policies.
• Maintain good guest relations with in-house guests.
• Take ownership of problems and report for follow-up when needed.
• Ensure guest room security and adherence to safety procedures.
• Be familiar with SR facilities and local attractions to inform guests.
• Maintain a well-groomed appearance and tidy work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
