Job summary

FAR EAST HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Guest Services Associate in Singapore to work closely with the Residence Manager and provide courteous services to guests at the property.

You will respond to complaints, requests, and inquiries promptly, and handle cashiering functions in line with Standard Policies & Procedures. Maintain good guest relations, ensure security and safety procedures, and keep a well-groomed appearance while supporting the hotel team.

Qualifications

• O-Level or equivalent required.
• Willing to perform rotating shifts.
• Positive attitude with outgoing personality and good communication skills.
• Experience in hospitality and knowledge of HMS will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous services to guests and respond to complaints, requests and inquiries promptly.
• Handle cashiering functions in accordance with policies.
• Maintain good guest relations with in-house guests and project a hospitable attitude.
• Ensure guest room security, safety procedures, and use of Safe Deposit boxes.
• Maintain professional communications with hotel staff and provide accurate information on local attractions.
