Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous services to guests and respond to requests and enquiries.
• Liaise with Concierge, Reception, Bell Counter and Front Office Cashier on guest arrivals and departures.
• Establish contacts with guests and assist long-staying guests as needed.
• Make courtesy calls to guests.
• Be well informed on tourist information.
• Keep stock of promotional materials for daily operations.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by supervisors diligently and professionally.
