Job summary

Orchard Hotel Singapore is seeking a Guest Services Executive to be the first touchpoint for guests in the lobby, ensuring memorable experiences from arrival to room assignment. You will welcome guests, assist with check-in, provide information on services, and maintain a warm, professional atmosphere.

The role requires experience in Concierge, Guest Relations or Reception, with an energetic, proactive attitude and a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in Concierge, Guest Relations or Reception.
• Energetic, proactive, self-driven with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a can-do spirit.
• Adaptable, determined in a fast-paced environment that promotes change and achievement.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with luggage arrangements.
• Assist guests with check-in for a smooth experience.
• Provide information on reservations, services and amenities.
• Address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Engage guests to build rapport and positive reviews.
• Answer calls promptly and connect to the right person/department.
• Dispatch requests via Stay Please system and follow up on status.
• Undertake cashiering duties and check guest bills at departure.
• Adhere to hotel policies and guidelines.
• Assist with Front Office tasks as needed.
