Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Front Desk Guest Service Associate to warmly greet guests and ensure a memorable first impression at our Orchard location in Singapore.

You will assist with check-in/check-out, offer welcome drinks and towels, and handle guest inquiries across in-person, phone, digital platforms, and email. The role involves helping with luggage, coordinating with the team, tracking guest amenities, and relaying feedback to supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and create a great first impression
• Assist with check-in and check-out, including offering welcome drinks and towels
• Answer guest enquiries in person, over the phone, digital platform and via email
• Help with luggage when needed and work closely with the team
• Track and update guest amenities (e.g. welcome amenities and special requests)
• Listen to guest feedback and share it with supervisors or managers
• Support daily front desk operations and assist with other duties as assigned
