Job summary

TALENTS@WORK PTE. LTD. invites applications for a front desk/concierge role at our Orchard-area hotel partner in Singapore. You will warmly welcome guests on arrival and departure, assist with luggage, and guide guests with hotel information and local directions.

The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, a service-oriented attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. English basics are expected, and shifts include weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, concierge, or guest service is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Service-oriented, positive, and professional.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically able to lift and transport luggage safely.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Basic spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly on arrival and departure.
• Assist with luggage handling, storage, and delivery.
• Escort guests to rooms and share hotel information.
• Support guest requests, directions, and transportation arrangements.
• Handle packages, messages, mail, and deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of lobby and concierge areas.
• Support Front Office and Concierge operations during busy periods.
• Assist with VIP arrivals, departures, and special arrangements.
