• Maintain brand vibe through sound, lighting, and staff appearance.
• Complete Marriott L&D trainings (Lobster Inc.) as required.
• Communicate effectively with the culinary team.
• Entertain guests in a professional and positive manner.
• Maintain high sanitation and cleanliness per standards.
• Monitor and report on inventory and food & beverage items.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
