Job summary

The Garcha Group is a Singapore-based boutique hotel group known for properties under the Maxwell Reserve, The Vagabond Club, and The Serangoon House. This role supports front desk operations, guest services, and loyalty inquiries across our group of hotels.

We seek an energetic associate with hospitality experience, able to manage check-ins, respond to guest needs, and uphold Marriott standards while ensuring professional service.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have Professional Certificate/NITEC in any field.
• Minimum 2 years' hospitality-related experience.
• English required; another language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins and room assignments following hotel's rate structures and discounts.
• Assist guests with luggage, safety box, keys, transportation and requests.
• Collect payment in accordance with cash handling and accounting policies.
