Job summary

ASCENDION ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Go-To-Market Program Manager to drive JAPAC Network Security GTM initiatives.

The role will partner with Product, Sales, Marketing and Operations to accelerate adoption, migrations, renewals, and revenue growth across the SASE portfolio. You will own GTM execution, market insights, cross-functional leadership, and AI-enabled workflows to improve pipeline, reporting, and decision making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of GTM/Sales Ops/Business Ops experience in tech or cybersecurity environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional GTM programs across multiple regions, preferably JAPAC.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute scalable GTM programs that drive demand and accelerate adoption across the SASE portfolio.
• Support onboarding of new customers, platform consolidation, cross-sell and renewals.
• Track program performance and optimize to maximize impact.
