Job summary

Salt Talent is seeking a Sales Strategy Manager for an initial 12-month contract in Singapore. You will drive GTM strategy, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and leverage AI-enabled workflows to accelerate pipeline and adoption within the SASE portfolio.

You will lead demand programs, prioritize markets in JAPAC, and enable sales teams with compelling offerings for new feature launches, working closely with Product, Marketing, and Finance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of GTM Strategy, Sales Strategy, Sales Operations or equivalent experience.
• Cybersecurity industry experience, especially in Network Security is preferred but not required.
• Leadership: ability to influence sales teams and coordinate complex projects in a matrixed organisation.
• GTM Strategy and Execution: experience developing and executing GTM strategies for high-priority products.
• Excellent communication: convey complex security concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Enablement Engine: run broad enablement for large audiences on new product features and GTM motions.
• Technical proficiency with Gemini, NotebookLLM, BigQuery, Salesforce, Looker Studio, Google Apps for Work.

Responsibilities

• GTM program execution across the SASE portfolio to create demand and accelerate adoption.
• Market prioritisation using data to identify high-propensity accounts and routes to market in JAPAC.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to remove blockers and deliver regional programs.
• Use automation and AI to improve account research, program execution, and pipeline hygiene.
• Orchestrate field enablement, marketing campaigns and offers for new feature launches in SCM.
