Job summary

Salt Talent is seeking a Sales Strategy Manager for a 12-month extendable contract in Singapore. You will drive GTM programs across the SASE portfolio, prioritise markets, and coordinate across product, sales, marketing, and operations to accelerate demand and adoption.

You will lead with data-driven market insights, enable large audiences on new features, and use AI to enhance research, content, and pipeline hygiene. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in GTM/Sales strategy or equivalent leadership roles.
• Cybersecurity industry experience preferred but not required.
• Proven ability to influence teams and coordinate complex projects.
• Experience developing and executing GTM strategies for high-priority products.
• Strong ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to run broad enablement for large audiences on new features and GTM motions.
• Technical proficiency with listed tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• GTM program execution across the SASE portfolio to create demand.
• Market prioritisation using data to identify high-propensity accounts and routes.
• Cross-functional coordination with Product, Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance.
• Apply automation and AI to improve research, content, pipeline hygiene and reporting.
• Orchestrate field enablement and campaigns for new feature launches in SCM.
