Job summary

ASCENDION ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Go-To-Market Program Manager to drive JAPAC Network Security GTM initiatives.

The role will partner with Product, Sales, Marketing and Operations to accelerate adoption, migrations, renewals, and revenue growth across the SASE portfolio. You will own GTM execution, market insights, cross-functional leadership, and AI-enabled workflows to improve pipeline, reporting, and decision making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of GTM/Sales Ops/Business Ops experience in tech or cybersecurity environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional GTM programs across multiple regions, preferably JAPAC.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

Location: Singapore (Hybrid, 3 days in office)

Contract Duration: 12 Months

About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven Go-To-Market (GTM) Program Manager to support the JAPAC Network Security GTM team. This role will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful go-to-market initiatives across the SASE portfolio, accelerating customer acquisition, adoption, expansion, migration, and renewals throughout the JAPAC region.

The ideal candidate combines strong GTM strategy and execution capabilities with operational excellence, stakeholder management, and a data-driven mindset to drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

GTM Program Execution

• Execute scalable GTM programs that generate demand and accelerate adoption across the SASE portfolio.
• Support key business motions including new customer acquisition, platform consolidation, cross-sell, upsell, migration, and renewals.
• Track program performance and drive continuous optimization to maximize impact.

Market Prioritization & Insights

• Analyze market trends, installed base data, whitespace opportunities, competitive intelligence, and pipeline metrics.
• Identify high-propensity accounts, priority industries, strategic use cases, and optimal routes-to-market across JAPAC.
• Provide actionable recommendations to support business growth.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, Sales, Solutions Consulting, Channel, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders and remove execution barriers to ensure successful program delivery.
• Influence outcomes in a highly matrixed environment without direct authority.

Operational Excellence & AI Enablement

• Leverage automation and AI-driven workflows to enhance account research, campaign execution, content creation, reporting, and pipeline management.
• Improve operational efficiency and accelerate decision‑making through data and technology.

Product Launch & Enablement

• Coordinate field enablement programs, marketing campaigns, and promotional offers for new product features and service launches.
• Equip sales and channel teams with the tools, content, and knowledge needed for successful execution.

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in GTM Strategy, Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related functions.
• Experience working in technology, enterprise software, cloud, networking, or cybersecurity environments.
• Cybersecurity industry experience, particularly within Network Security or SASE, is advantageous but not mandatory.

Core Competencies

• Proven ability to lead and coordinate complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of GTM planning, market segmentation, demand generation, customer lifecycle management, and sales enablement.
• Experience developing and executing GTM strategies for strategic product offerings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated experience influencing stakeholders within a highly matrixed organization.

Technical Skills

• Strong familiarity with AI and productivity tools such as Gemini and NotebookLM.
• Experience working with data and analytics platforms including BigQuery and Looker Studio.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Google Workspace.
• Comfortable leveraging AI and automation tools to improve business processes and program execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to SASE, Network Security, Cloud Security, Secure Service Edge (SSE), SD-WAN, or related cybersecurity technologies.
• Experience supporting regional GTM programs across JAPAC markets.
• Background in product launches, sales enablement, or strategic growth initiatives.
