Job summary

foodpanda, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a growth strategy professional based in Singapore to drive regional customer acquisition and activation across 15 markets in APAC, Europe, and Turkey. You will turn data-driven insights into actionable strategies and execute them in each local market.

The role requires owning ambiguous contexts, influencing stakeholders, and collaborating with marketing, product, and data teams to deliver sustained growth.

Qualifications

• 5–12 years of experience in finance or strategy, preferably in ecommerce or platform-based tech start-up.
• Highly analytical and structured thinker with comfort in numbers and problem solving.
• Strong ability to think creatively and translate insights into strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define and scale the regional strategy for new customer acquisition and reactivation of lapsed customers, translating it into clear market-level plans and targets.
• Manage marketing budgets and processes to allocate resources toward growth opportunities.
• Align with local market teams on strategy implementation and budget utilization.
• Generate business-critical insights to improve KPIs like acquisition and retention.
• Shape the product roadmap for growth initiatives, onboarding journeys, and incentive structures.
• Develop and oversee reports for leadership, delivering regional overviews and monitoring OKRs.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, data and local teams to drive growth initiatives.
• Lead growth-related projects across multiple senior stakeholders.
