Job summary

foodpanda, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to shape long-term growth across Europe and APAC. You will own subscription growth across markets, identify key levers, and work with pricing, product, commercial, and QC teams in a global setting.

You will operate as a strategic owner with a strong data-driven mindset, driving cross-functional solutions while balancing growth with financial discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own subscription growth performance across markets with accountability for key metrics (Subscription GMV, subscriber growth, retention).
• Define and execute market-specific growth strategies; identify, test, and scale impactful growth levers across regions.
• Own and continuously improve the subscription value proposition from customer insights into actionable changes.
• Drive go-to-market strategy in partnership with Product, Commercial, Marketing, and local teams; lead end-to-end initiatives with measurable impact.
• Define success metrics, track performance, and deliver clear insights to senior stakeholders.
