• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and wholesalers.
• Negotiate prices and payment terms with suppliers.
• Source Indian groceries, spices, rice, flour, snacks, frozen foods and daily essentials at competitive prices.
• Ensure product availability and reasonable costs.
• Develop ideas and promotions to attract more customers and boost sales.
• Introduce new products based on customer needs and market demand.
• Plan festive season discounts and offers (e.g., Deepavali, Pongal).
• Build relationships with regular customers and nearby businesses to increase sales.
