Job summary

afc bistro pte. ltd. seeks a proactive Business Development professional to drive growth across retail channels in Singapore.

You will identify opportunities, manage partnerships, and expand physical, wholesale, distribution and online sales to build a stronger market position. You will lead proposals, negotiate terms, monitor performance, and coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance to achieve revenue targets while cultivating lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Sales, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, account management, or retail.
• Experience in retail, distribution, FMCG, consumer products, or related industries is a plus.
• Proven ability to generate new customers and business opportunities.
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship‑management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the retail market.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline to meet targets and prepare proposals and plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, retailers, distributors, and partners.
• Identify potential retail locations and opportunities for market expansion and support new accounts.
• Identify and establish partnerships with distributors, suppliers, retailers, and franchise partners.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and KPI tracking to guide decisions.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, operations, and finance to launch promotions and campaigns.
