Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and staff coordination
• Set sales targets and implement strategies to meet these goals
• Recruit, train, supervise, and appraise staff to ensure the store is adequately staffed at all times
• Develop and manage store budgets and maintain financial records
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Deal with customer queries, complaints and feedback
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Manage inventory, plan promotional events or sales, and order stock
• Analyze sales figures, customer behavior and market trends to anticipate product needs
• Ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to and any accidents are reported correctly
• Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
• Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
• Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.)
• Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
