Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive supermarket and online sales across key channels in Singapore. You will manage marketplaces, optimize product listings and campaigns, and coordinate with retailers and internal teams to grow the brand online.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in business development or e-commerce, with FMCG or retail experience considered an advantage. This office-based role offers structured hours and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in business development, e-commerce, digital marketing or retail.
• FMCG/retail experience is a plus; hands-on with supermarket accounts and online marketplaces preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise e-commerce platforms including Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and other online marketplaces.
• Maintain and update website, product information, promotions and online campaigns.
• Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory updates and online merchandising.
• Monitor online sales performance, website traffic, customer engagement and marketplace performance.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement and online sales.
• Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Coordinate digital campaigns, advertisements, promotional activities and content creation.
• Track campaign effectiveness and prepare performance reports.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across supermarket chains, retail channels, distribution networks and strategic partnerships.
• Coordinate with retailers, distributors, corporate customers and marketplace partners.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and market trend analysis.
• Support product launches, exhibitions, promotional events and business development initiatives.
• Prepare regular sales, marketing and business performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments on order fulfilment, customer service and marketing activities.
