SUCCESS TIME PTE. LTD. is seeking an proactive FMCG Manager to drive growth across supermarkets and convenience store chains in Singapore.

You will oversee account management, retail execution, sales tracking, and lead the merchandiser team to heighten in-store performance and brand visibility. You will build strong relationships with key buyers, coordinate promotions, monitor stock, and collaborate with operations to ensure supply continuity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail/FMCG sales or key account management.
• Strong understanding of supermarket operations and retail marketing.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to lead a small field team.
• Proficient in tracking performance data.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with supermarket and convenience store buyers.
• Submit listing applications, promotions, and new product proposals on time.
• Negotiate terms, shelf space, and promotional placements.
• Track sell-through and report performance across accounts.
• Analyze store data and propose corrective actions to improve sales.
• Coordinate restocking and prevent out-of-stocks with logistics.
• Lead and train supermarket merchandisers; conduct store audits.
• Ensure planograms and promotional displays are executed consistently.
• Plan and execute retail campaigns with marketing; organise in-store sampling.
• Evaluate campaign ROI and report outcomes.
• Address stock discrepancies and delivery issues from partners.
