Job summary

Moomoo is hiring a Business Development & Partnerships Manager/Specialist to drive user growth in Singapore through strategic partnerships and KOL collaborations. You will identify, negotiate, and manage channel partnerships with financial industry peers and cross-industry brands, elevating brand awareness and conversion rates.

A strong track record in fintech partnerships and data-driven marketing is essential.

Qualifications

• Established network of financial or cross-industry partnerships and KOL connections.
• Hands-on customer acquisition experience with a track record of growth.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management with a results focus.
• Data-driven marketer able to track KPIs and optimize campaigns.
• Fluent English communication and solid content marketing sense.
• Exposure to stock investing or fintech partnerships is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and manage partnerships with financial and cross-industry brands and KOLs to drive user growth.
• Lead partnership negotiations and craft tailored proposals aligned with business goals.
• Guide partners to produce high-quality co-branded content for reach and engagement.
• Plan and optimize online and offline campaigns, tracking performance and ROI.
• Use analytics to refine strategies and improve customer acquisition efficiency.
• Stay ahead of market trends and support cross-functional channel marketing initiatives.
