Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Marketing, or Business Management, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Chinese-language proficiency is required to engage Chinese-speaking communities and drive results.
• Strong public-speaking, negotiation, and data-analysis skills for growth and retention.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage Chinese-speaking communities and channel resources to drive user growth and conversion.
• Lead partnership negotiations and development, owning acquisition and conversion outcomes.
• Plan and host online and offline investor-education activities for local Chinese-speaking communities, delivering content and driving conversion.
• Manage and nurture acquired users to boost engagement and retention; assist with product issues when needed.
• Analyze data to optimize strategies and ROI.
• Stay updated on industry trends and uncover new partnership opportunities to support growth.
