Moomoo Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Development Specialist (User Growth) in Singapore.

You will own the full funnel from acquisition to retention, engaging local Chinese-speaking investor communities and partnering channels to drive high-quality user growth in the Singapore market. Role requires solid investment knowledge, hands-on trading experience, and strong presentation skills to host investor-education sessions and build trust with users.

Qualifications

• Strong public-speaking and presentation skills with ability to host investor-education sessions.
• Familiarity with local Chinese-speaking investor communities and hands-on user-acquisition experience.
• Solid investment knowledge and real trading experience in stock markets.
• Excellent negotiation and partner-relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage Chinese-speaking communities and channel resources to drive user growth and conversion.
• Lead partnership negotiations and proposal development, ownership of acquisition and conversion outcomes.
• Plan and host online and offline investor-education activities for local Chinese-speaking communities.
• Manage and nurture acquired users to boost engagement and retention; assist with product issues when needed.
• Analyze data to optimize acquisition strategies and ROI.
• Stay updated on industry trends and explore new partnership opportunities to support growth.
